A leaked report on the reasons behind Labour’s defeat at the last election could silence opponents of Jeremy Corbyn as its findings seem to support his methods.
The report reveals that Labour lost the election as ‘not enough people voted for the party’.
Those close to Mr Corbyn say he won the leadership election as ‘enough people voted for him’.
‘This is great news for Jeremy,’ one aide said. ‘His policy of getting people to vote for him worked before and this new report shows that the approach is what is needed to win a general election’.
‘And not being Ed Miliband can’t hurt either’.
